Our grievance mechanism provides a way for individuals and organizations in our supply chain to raise non-compliance issues related to our VCoE. We review all cases, take action where appropriate, and incorporate the learnings into our broader understanding of risks in our supply chain.

Submissions are reviewed, reported concerns are assessed, and appropriate action is taken in line with our policies and applicable law. Complaints may be made anonymously in any language.
