Why It Matters

When individuals feel healthy, supported, and connected within their communities, their overall wellbeing improves. They are more equipped to care for themselves and others, adapt to challenges, and contribute to a stronger, more resilient society.

What is Wellbeing?

At lululemon, we define wellbeing as a lifelong practice encompassing three interconnected elements: physical, mental, and social. Balancing these elements supports people in feeling their best.

Physical wellbeing:

Feeling empowered and able to give one's body what it needs for health and quality of life.

Mental wellbeing:

Feeling emotionally prepared and able to handle what the future holds.

Social wellbeing:

Feeling connected to others and part of a supportive community.

We also understand that everyone has their own unique definition of wellbeing. This is why we invest in initiatives to reflect the varied and evolving needs of the people and communities we serve. We work to expand access to experiences that support these aspects of wellbeing and build community resilience.
