Calvin McDonald, Chief Executive Officer

Calvin McDonald is a growth-oriented leader with a proven track record helping large organizations scale, innovate, and elevate customer engagement in stores and across digital channels. Under his leadership, lululemon has more than tripled its annual revenues and broadened its global reach to over 30 geographies. Mr. McDonald has also expanded lululemon’s product portfolio, meaningfully growing its athletic and lifestyle categories, and formally expanding into new high-demand activities such as tennis and golf.

Prior to joining lululemon in August 2018, Mr. McDonald served for five years as president and CEO of Sephora America’s, a division of the LVMH group of luxury brands, during a period of double-digit growth. Earlier in his career, he held multiple senior roles across some of Canada’s largest retailers, including Loblaw Companies Limited, where he spent 17 years.

He earned his MBA from the University of Toronto and Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Western Ontario. Born and raised in Canada, Mr. McDonald is an endurance athlete who frequently competes in ironman distance triathlons and marathons. He and his wife enjoy spending time with their four children.

Mr. McDonald serves on the Board of Directors of lululemon and The Walt Disney Company.

Elizabeth Binder, Chief Merchandising Officer

Elizabeth Binder joined lululemon in 2023 as the company’s first Chief Merchandising Officer. In this role, she leads lululemon’s merchandising function and is responsible for shaping the company’s global product strategy and assortment architecture to deliver on the brand’s design vision and growth objectives. Ms. Binder oversees the company’s global and regional merchandising teams, as well as product education and merchandising and planning operations.

Ms. Binder has a tenured career in merchandising, joining lululemon from Boden, a UK-based global clothing company, where she held the role of Chief Product Officer. Prior to Boden, Ms. Binder spent nearly 12 years at Burberry, most recently serving as SVP of Merchandising, where she led teams through a period of growth that included significant digital and international expansion. She has also held roles in merchandising at J. Crew, Club Monaco, and Ann Taylor.

Ms. Binder holds a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University and completed an exchange program with the Fashion Institute of Technology.

Jonathan Cheung, Global Creative Director

Jonathan Cheung joined lululemon in 2024 and is responsible for the company’s product design and development.

Mr. Cheung has over 30 years of experience in senior creative leadership roles at global brands. Most recently, he was a consultant to companies such as Gap Inc., Mattel Inc., Merrell and Pangaia, and has served as an advisor to multiple companies at the cutting edge of material science and technology.

Mr. Cheung also previously held the role of Senior Vice President of Design and Design Innovation at Levi’s and worked for fashion icons Franco Moschino and Giorgio Armani. He has a lifelong interest in martial arts and physical culture.

Ted Dagnese, Chief Supply Chain Officer

Ted Dagnese joined lululemon in 2016 and leads all aspects of supply chain management, including our global vendor base, product quality, raw material development, and distribution and logistics.

Prior to joining lululemon, Mr. Dagnese served as Vice President, Supply Chain at VF Corporation and Senior Director at Gap, Inc.

Mr. Dagnese earned his MS in engineering economics from Stanford University, an MS in electrical engineering from Northeastern University, and a BS and BA in electrical engineering and humanities (French) from Purdue University.

Mr. Dagnese also sits on the board of the American Apparel & Footwear Association. In his spare time, he enjoys working out at the gym, weekly spin classes, and spending time with his family.

Ranju Das, Chief AI & Technology Officer

Ranju Das joined lululemon in 2025 to lead the company’s technology organization and accelerate the development and execution of its enterprise data, technology, and AI strategy.

Mr. Das is an AI and technology leader known for launching disruptive products, scaling multi-billion-dollar businesses, and attracting top global talent across industries including healthcare, fintech, retail, and consumer technology.

Prior to joining lululemon, Mr. Das was the founder and CEO of Swan AI Studios, developing next-generation AI platforms for the healthcare, legal, and real estate industries. He has created high-growth ventures both within Fortune 50 corporations and as a founder of startups that scaled from inception to market leadership. Earlier in his career, he served as CEO of OptumLabs, the R&D arm of UnitedHealth Group, where he led enterprise-wide digital and AI initiatives. He also spent nearly eight years at Amazon, where he founded Amazon’s AI Services organization and helped launch cornerstone AWS products.

Mr. Das is also the Co-Founder of Foster Dreamzzz, a transformative social venture supporting aging-out foster youth through structured housing, mentorship, career training, and entrepreneurship.

He is passionate about harnessing technology to elevate human potential and enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the outdoors, and staying active.

Meghan Frank, Chief Financial Officer

In December 2025, Meghan Frank was appointed interim co-CEO of lululemon, effective January 31, 2026, as the board of directors conducts a search for the company’s next CEO. In this role, Ms. Frank will support all aspects of the business, alongside interim co-CEO André Maestrini and Executive Chair Marti Morfitt. She will also oversee lululemon’s product, brand, product activation, and enabling functions, in addition to continuing her current responsibilities of leading the finance, tax, treasury, investor relations, asset protection, risk advisory services, procurement, facilities, planning & allocations, and strategy teams.

Ms. Frank joined lululemon in 2016 as SVP of Financial Planning and Analysis and served as interim co-CFO from April 2020 until her appointment to CFO in November 2020. Prior to joining lululemon, Ms. Frank served as VP of Merchandise Planning at Ross Stores, Inc., and before that spent 10 years at J. Crew in senior finance roles. With over two decades of retail industry experience, she began her career at Saks Fifth Avenue, where she held various positions of increasing responsibility across merchandising and strategic planning functions.

She earned her BA in Economics from Colgate University and enjoys skiing with her husband and children.

Susan Gelinas, Chief People & Culture Officer

Susan Gelinas joined lululemon in 2011. She leads the People & Culture team globally and oversees all strategies, initiatives and programs across the company related to talent attraction, development, retention and culture within the organization.

At lululemon, Ms. Gelinas has held the roles of Senior Vice President, People & Culture; Vice President, Health & Wealth; and Director, Health & Wealth. Before joining lululemon, Ms. Gelinas was a Senior Consultant at Willis Towers Watson.

In her spare time, she enjoys running with her friends – whether it be on a track, trails or the road.

Shannon Higginson, Chief Legal and Compliance Officer

Shannon Higginson joined lululemon in 2011. She leads the Legal and Compliance team globally and oversees all strategies, initiatives and programs across the company related to legal risk and compliance.

Before serving as Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at lululemon, Ms. Higginson held the role of Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer; Vice President Legal; and Director of Legal. Prior to joining lululemon, Ms. Higginson served as Senior Counsel of Canadian telecommunications company TELUS and was previously an associate at a Vancouver-based law firm.

She earned her JD from the University of Victoria and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia.

Ms. Higginson lives in Vancouver with her husband and two daughters and spends her free time outdoors running, playing tennis and practicing yoga.

André Maestrini, President & Chief Commercial Officer

André Maestrini joined lululemon in 2021 as Executive Vice President of International and  currently serves as President and Chief Commercial Officer, where he oversees lululemon’s global commercial strategy as well as the company’s regions, stores, and digital channels across North America, EMEA, APAC, and China Mainland.  

In December 2025, Mr. Maestrini was appointed interim co-CEO of lululemon, effective January 31, 2026, as the board of directors conducts a search for the company’s next CEO. In this role, he will continue his current responsibilities and support all aspects of the business, alongside interim co-CEO Meghan Frank and Executive Chair Marti Morfitt.

Prior to lululemon, Mr. Maestrini spent 14 years at adidas in various senior roles across the globe. During this time, he served in a number of General Manager positions where he helped to grow the company’s global sports categories and regional markets. Before adidas, Mr. Maestrini held marketing roles at The Coca-Cola Company, Danone, and Kraft Jacobs Suchard.  

He received a master’s degree in Marketing from ESSEC Business School in Paris, France, and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. Mr. Maestrini is an avid runner and has a passion for scuba diving, which includes serving as a non-executive board member of Aqualung. 

Nikki Neuburger, Chief Brand & Product Activation Officer

Nikki Neuburger joined lululemon in 2020 as Chief Brand Officer to drive the company’s global brand and storytelling initiatives and lead its marketing, brand creative, communications, store design, sustainability, and social impact functions. In 2024, her role expanded to include leading the company’s product merchandising, research and innovation, and footwear portfolio, uniting brand and product under one leader to accelerate innovation and streamline go-to-market strategies.

Prior to lululemon, Ms. Neuburger served as Global Head of Marketing for Uber Eats, where she led the introduction and expansion of the brand globally. Previously, she built her career over a 14–year period at Nike, where she ultimately served as Global Brand Vice President of Nike Running.

Ms. Neuburger holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a focus on International Business and Marketing, and a minor in Product and Merchandising Management from Oregon State University. A lifelong athlete, Ms. Neuburger served as team captain of her college NCAA Division I volleyball team and has completed several marathons.
