As of June 2026, lululemon’s new facility in Brampton, Ontario, Canada is fully operational, strengthening the company’s North American e-commerce fulfillment capabilities while creating new opportunities for employee growth and development.

Spanning more than one million square feet and featuring one of the largest AutoStore-enabled facilities in North America, lululemon’s newest DC supports the fulfillment of lululemon’s growing e-commerce business across Eastern Canada and Eastern United States.

On July 8, lululemon celebrated the opening of the new facility with business partners, public officials, and members of the Brampton City Council, including the mayor who presented a certification of opening to the DC on behalf of the city. Members of Parliament at the Federal and Provincial level also attended to commemorate the milestone and expressed the pride they feel in having lululemon in Brampton.

“Since breaking ground in 2023, our new Brampton DC marks a significant milestone in the continued evolution of lululemon’s global supply chain,” said Ted Dagnese, Chief Supply Chain Officer. “This facility expands our fulfillment capabilities in Canada and the US, enabling us to better serve our guests and operate with greater speed and agility. The opening represents collaboration across our operations, engineering, technology, facilities, and supply chain teams, and reflects our commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and creating new opportunities for our people as we build the future of our distribution network.”

In partnership with Element Logic, the facility features an AutoStore solution comprised of 292,000 storage bins and 525 R5 pro robots working together to support efficient product storage and fulfillment. The integrated automation system is designed to improve speed, flexibility, and scalability while supporting a seamless guest experience. The facility includes eight kilometres of conveyance and more than one million square feet of operational space. To help visualize its size, approximately 57 NHL hockey rinks could fit within the building footprint, while the mezzanine alone is comparable to the size of two European football pitches.

The facility is designed to bring together advanced automation, operational expertise, and a people-first approach to support lululemon's continued growth.

Beyond the technology, the Brampton DC represents an investment in lululemon’s people and capability-building. As new systems and technologies are introduced, employees are gaining opportunities to develop specialized operational and technical skills, creating new career pathways and supporting long-term professional growth across the distribution network.
