Expanding on the meaningful relationships lululemon Educators build with guests in store and online, the Personal Shopper Benefit provides always-on product expertise with the company’s signature community approach.
Through the Benefit, Members in North America are connected directly with an Educator who will learn their preferences, offer styling support, and reach out with the latest drops, coveted pieces, and personalized recommendations. Members can expect to hear from their Personal Shopper a minimum of once a month and can choose to connect more often depending on their needs. In participating cities, Members can meet their Personal Shoppers in person at select stores.
In addition to the Personal Shopping Benefit, Pinnacle and Plus Members receive exclusive access to select products, complimentary product customizations, first access to restocks, and more.
