lululemon’s commitment to elevating human potential through wellbeing is reflected in its focus on community and connection, recognizing mental wellbeing as essential for its people, guests, and the communities it serves. According to the 2024 lululemon Global Wellbeing Report, mental wellbeing has remained stagnant for the fourth consecutive year, and 44% of people say societal pressures negatively impact their mental wellbeing – highlighting the growing need for collective action.

In response, lululemon is reaffirming its commitment to wellbeing by renewing the term of its 11-member Mental Wellbeing Global Advisory Board. This renewal reflects the company’s continued focus on holistic wellbeing through internal programs for employees, long-standing community partnerships, our products, and offerings that support physical, social, and mental wellbeing.

As the advisory board enters its renewed term, it will continue its focus on helping to break down barriers and deepen the impact of mental wellbeing initiatives, and drive equity in wellbeing across the industry and its collective. The advisory board will also provide a unique opportunity to develop best practices and influence global conversation on how to improve mental wellbeing outcomes.

“We are pleased to renew the term of the Mental Wellbeing Global Advisory Board – an opportunity for the board to provide strategic guidance, bring cross-sector expertise, and  offer thought leadership to inform lululemon’s approach to mental wellbeing and influence how it is prioritized globally,” said Susan Gelinas, Chair of the lululemon Mental Wellbeing Global Advisory Board and lululemon Chief People & Culture Officer. “Together, we are working to make mental wellbeing a proactive, everyday priority. I look forward to fostering a global conversation that drives awareness and reshapes the way we prioritize mental wellbeing across all communities.”

The 11-members of the 2025-26 Mental Wellbeing Global Advisory Board represent a diverse array of leaders across mental health, academia, movement, and culture. Together, they will continue to guide lululemon’s mental wellbeing strategy and influence global conversations around equity and wellbeing.

Board members include: Dr. Alfiee M Breland-Noble, Stephanie Brill, P. Murali Doraiswamy, Daniel H. Gillison Jr., Sarah Kline, Yvette Kong, Steph Labbé, Zhen Li, Elena V. Rios, Shayla Stonechild, and Paul Villanti, and will be chaired by Susan Gelinas, lululemon Chief People & Culture Officer.

lululemon continues to make meaningful progress in fostering a workplace culture that supports the overall wellbeing and growth of its employees. This includes internal programs like the Employee Assistance Program, which provides comprehensive mental health services such as counseling, and lululemonCARE mental health training, an instructor-led program that promotes a culture of care, raises awareness of mental health issues, reduces stigma, and improves access to resources. Additional initiatives that support employee wellbeing include the Purpose, Vision, and Goals curriculum; access to internal professional coaching; and a global mentorship program. Collectively, these efforts help employees manage mental health, reduce stress, clarify their contributions, and support a balanced lifestyle.

In support of its communities, lululemon extends its impact through the Centre for Social Impact, partnering with charitable organizations across the globe to break down the barriers that prevent access to wellbeing and ensure equitable access to wellbeing tools and resources.

As lululemon continues to prioritize mental, social, and physical wellbeing, it remains committed to advancing mental wellbeing initiatives and encouraging a culture of connection and inclusion. Guided by its renewed Mental Wellbeing Global Advisory Board and ongoing internal efforts, lululemon continues to lead positive change for its employees, guests, and communities worldwide.
