lululemon has landed in Mexico, opening its first store in Mexico City’s iconic Artz Pedregal Mall.

To celebrate the launch, lululemon curated a week-long experiential museum “Yo Soy: A Journey of Self-Discovery”, transforming a mid-century colonial residence in the heart of the city. Through a series of interactive installations and events, almost 3000 members of the community embarked on an exploration of who they are – realized through the lens of lululemon’s unique brand, culture and experiences. Throughout the week, over 600 guests gathered for sweaty pursuits within the space, including a silent disco, spin, yoga, barre, dance, meditation and boxing.

The new store, measuring over 3,500 sq. ft., offers lululemon’s full range of technical women’s and men’s product to support yoga, training, running and everything in-between. A destination for the growing lululemon community in Mexico, every week the store will offer complimentary Ambassador-led classes within a unique and vibrant space, including locally-inspired design features from a native Hispanic mural to a volcanic rock cashier desk.

lululemon has further expanded its footprint in the city with a shop-in-shop in Mexico City’s luxury department store Palacio de Hierro. Located in the new Wellness area, the 900 sq. ft. space offers a dedicated environment to connect with guests seeking to pursue an active, mindful lifestyle.

lululemon began building a community in Mexico in 2017, with the opening of its Polanco Local.

lululemon Artz Pedregal is located at 1900 Periférico Sur, Jardines del Pedregal, Mexico City.
