As lululemon continues to advance its Impact Agenda goals and further integrate its sustainability strategies across the business, the company has appointed Noel Kinder as Senior Vice President of Sustainability to help drive this work forward.
Noel joined lululemon last week and is responsible for defining and implementing the delivery of lululemon’s global internal and external sustainability and environmental strategies, including an effective and efficient governance process. Noel reports to Ted Dagnese, Chief Supply Chain Officer.

Noel joins lululemon from Nike, where he spent nearly 25 years and most recently served as Chief Sustainability Officer. In this role, Noel drove the creation and operationalization of Nike’s global sustainability strategy, including the development of enterprise-wide sustainability commitments and Science Based Targets. Throughout his tenure at Nike, he held a number of roles of increasing responsibility across the full value chain, including positions in sourcing and manufacturing, operations, finance, and strategic planning.

Noel has served on advisory boards such as Collab Fund’s Sustainability Advisory Board, the New York Stock Exchange Sustainability Advisory Council, and the Global Fashion Summit Steering Committee. In 2024, Noel joined The Executive Council at o9 Solutions, bringing his expertise in global sustainability, supply chain management, and government relations.

As Esther pursues her next chapter, lululemon is grateful for her leadership in establishing and driving lululemon’s enterprise Impact Agenda and sustainability progress during her time with the company, and through this transition.
