#36 on TIME’s World’s Best Companies 2025 & #1 on TIME's Canada’s Best Companies 2025
TIME, in partnership with market research firm Statista, conducted a comprehensive analysis to identify the top performing companies around the world in addition to its inaugural list of Canada’s best companies. The studies are based on companies demonstrating leadership and progress across three primary dimensions including Employee Satisfaction, Revenue Growth, and Sustainability Transparency (ESG).
Employee Satisfaction was assessed on a range of topics including atmosphere, salary, workplace, and equality, based on survey data from a sample of approximately 200,000 employees all over the world. For Canada’s best companies list, 49,000 employees from Canada were surveyed over the past three years. Revenue Growth required generating at least US $100 million, and Sustainability Transparency was informed by ESG performance.
#11 on Forbes’ Canada’s Best Employers for Company Culture
Forbes and Statista surveyed over 40,000 Canadian workers at companies with over 500 employees. Respondents rated their employers based on a range of company culture-related topics involving fairness, inclusivity, and opportunity. For example, employees were asked if their company recognizes good performance, encourages a healthy work-life balance, values input and ideas from all levels, prioritizes collaboration, and provides opportunities to advance.
#54 on Forbes’ America’s Best Employers for Women & #2 in Clothing, Shoes, and Sports Equipment Category
This recognition highlights lululemon’s commitment to advancing gender equity in the workplace. In partnership with Statista, Forbes surveyed over 140,000 women to evaluate employers in areas such as pay equity, advancement opportunities, parental leave, work-life balance, support for caregiving, and handling of incidents related to sexual misconduct and discrimination. The ranking also considered representation of women in executive and board positions.
lululemon is proud to foster an inclusive culture where everyone can feel supported and empowered through initiatives that promote equity, fair compensation, and opportunities for personal and professional growth. As lululemon celebrates these milestones, the company remains focused on championing a high performance, high care environment where employees feel empowered to lead and make a meaningful difference.
