This month, lululemon introduces Let Your Mind Run Free with a suite of tools, resources and experiences, and of course the brand’s innovative product offerings, to help runners build mindfulness and connection during their run practice.
In-Store Experiences
lululemon Run Free Clubs are weekly in-person run groups which offer unique run training resources and mindfulness tools (including meditation) for the community. Guests are encouraged to check in with their local store for dates, times and availability.
Online Tools & Resources
lululemon is expanding its partnership with STRAVA and the GLOBAL RUN FREE CLUB. Members can also join local Strava Run Free Clubs (Montreal, Toronto, New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Edmonton, Singapore, Tokyo, Seoul, Taipei, and London) as well as track their progress and performance of fellow runners on designated Strava routes and segments curated from around the world. Routes are lululemon ambassador-approved and the #letyourmindrunfree segments have been designated as the best places to get lost in your thoughts when running.
lululemon is also offering new, fully-guided online programs at LULULEMON.COM, which are tutorials for run, strength training, yoga and mindfulness to help runners get present no matter where they are in their practice. There are downloadable training guides for both a half marathon (14 weeks) and a 10K (8 weeks) as well as new run-specific meditations and three “yoga for runners” practices with lululemon ambassador Faith Hunter.
Finally, new and updated lululemon playlists on SPOTIFY offer a variety of soundtracks for interval and distance training and everything in between.
Gear
lululemon’s innovative run gear for men and women is designed to solve for runners' needs so they can perform to their potential. From the Metal Vent Tech and Swiftly product lines to run-specific franchises, like the Speed Up Collection for women, which includes the Speed Up Tight, Crop, Short and lululemon’s newest innovative bra, the Speed Up Bra.
