Beginning October 7, lululemon is continuing its efforts to advance wellbeing for all by hosting a series of wellbeing events around the world as part of its “Together We Grow” initiative. From a wellbeing festival in Seoul, to “The Wellbeing Garden” interactive takeover at the Start Museum in Shanghai, guests can sign up to connect and move with lululemon in a number of ways this World Mental Health Day.

According to lululemon’s 2024 Global Wellbeing Report, when movement and community come together, individuals have the opportunity to increase their holistic wellbeing:

  • 45% of people who participate in just 30 minutes of daily activity with others say they feel a positive impact on their overall wellbeing.

  • People who use physical activity to socialize with others report a 23% increase in overall wellbeing.

  • 1 in 2 feel a sense of belonging when working out with others.

"We are pleased to share new insights into the state of wellbeing around the world,” said Calvin McDonald, CEO, lululemon. “By sharing these insights, we hope to stimulate conversations and encourage people to reflect on how to support their wellbeing. The data shows us that moving with others and feeling a sense of community can positively impact how a person feels, and we look forward to bringing our guests and communities around the world together throughout the year to do just that.”
