In honor of World Mental Health Day on October 10 – a day dedicated to raising global awareness for mental health education and driving positive change – lululemon is kicking off a series of interactive wellbeing events in communities across the globe. Events range from community sweat sessions across the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, United States and Canada, to an immersive four-day event with wellbeing experience rooms in South Korea. Additionally, lululemon will unveil a “Wellbeing Roll-Out Gallery” in China Mainland in partnership with renowned artist Jeremyville, holding space for people to prioritize their holistic wellbeing.

According to the 2023 Global Wellbeing Report, while 67% of people rank their wellbeing as a top priority, only 12% say it’s where it should be. In fact, one in three respondents said their wellbeing is lower than it has ever been before – revealing a “Wellbeing Dilemma”, where the prioritization of wellbeing is not resulting in any wellbeing improvement. In support of these findings, lululemon is designing a range of World Mental Health Day events and activities to support people on their wellbeing journey.

“This World Mental Health Day, our regions are once again coming together in support of wellbeing as a universal right for all,” said Nikki Neuburger, Chief Brand Officer, lululemon. “From movement and mental health workshops to life-sized installations that immerse guests in a world of being well, our commitment to advancing wellbeing globally is driving a number of exciting activities on and around October 10 – we hope you can join us.”
